Giant Bumblebee Catfish (Pseudopimelodus bufonius)

This catfish is found throughout the Orinoco and Amazon basins of Columbia. It resembles a bumblebee with the yellow and black marking. The Giant Bumblebee Catfish are highly predatory and will consume fish of almost equal size. They reach a maximum size of 12 inches.
